- Wear in place of normal socks throughout your entire journey.
- Pull the socks up all the way to just below the knee.

To ensure the correct fit, it’s recommended that you measure your calf and ankle.
Follow Scholl’s size guide below:
- Small: UK 3-6 / Calf – 14” to 16” / Ankle – 8 ¾” to 10 ½”
- Medium: UK 6-9 / Calf – 15” to 17” / Ankle – 9 ¾” to 11 ½”
- Large: UK 9-12 / Calf – 16” to 18” / Ankle – 10 ½” to 12 ¼”
